Sneeky.ai provides a sneaker search, drop alert, and auto-purchase platform. We act as an intermediary between users and retailers. We do not guarantee availability of any product.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months.

5. Auto-Purchase Agent

By enabling the auto-purchase agent, you authorize Sneeky.ai to make purchases on your behalf using your stored payment method. You are responsible for all purchases made by the agent. We are not liable for failed purchases or incorrect orders.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use Sneeky.ai to violate any retailer terms of service, engage in fraudulent activity, or attempt to manipulate the platform. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sneeky.ai is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
